At OneFamily, families are not just supported, they are known.
From the first hours after an attack, OneFamily case workers are there in hospitals with families, helping them through those first overwhelming moments. That support continues at home and over time, as families begin to adjust to a new reality.
Case workers remain closely involved in each family’s life, offering emotional support, practical guidance, and a consistent presence. They are in close, ongoing contact with families and are there when support is needed most.
Over time, these relationships become deeply personal. Case workers attend memorials and share in life’s meaningful moments, from birthdays and Bar and Bat Mitzvahs to weddings and other milestones.
Beyond emotional support, families receive help with the realities of daily life, from accessing medical care and finding housing to navigating schools, employment, and additional services both in Israel and abroad, often going far beyond what families expect.
This level of personal connection is central to everything OneFamily does. Families are not treated as cases, but as people, each with their own story, needs, and path forward.
OneFamily also creates a broader sense of community. Through support groups, retreats, camps, and shared programs, families connect with others who understand, building relationships that reduce isolation and provide ongoing support.
Our work does not end when the immediate crisis passes. We remain present for months, for years, and for as long as families need.
Our name is our mission. We are OneFamily.
